Do you require a rapid solution to a technical problem? With our Live Remote Assistance tool, a Microset Systems Inc. Support Representative can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.
If assistance with a technical problem is required, please contact our knowledgeable and friendly Support Representatives at supportrequest@msi.net. Provided the nature of the problem is one that one of our Support Agents can resolve, you will be provided with a unique activation code that can be inputted upon direction into the Live Remote Assistance Interface.
