FACSys 4.9

FACSys 4.9 The release of FACSys 4.9 introduced three new pricing/licensing models. The first, a channel model, is a major departure from the client-licensed model under which FACSys was traditionally distributed. The new FACSys Channel Model offers unlimited user licenses and allows potential customers with a large user base to have a more attractive price point for entry into a fax server solution. Two other license models, FACSys SBS and FACSys LITE, have been created specifically for the Small-to-Medium size fax server user.

FACSys SBS installs on a Microsoft Small Business Server and is suited to a company with 10 to 75 users requiring up to 4 channels of fax bandwidth. Even though SBS comes with its own built-in fax server (MS Shared Fax), there are many benefits to deploying a FACSys server on a SBS system. These benefits are detailed in emFAST's paper "FACSys SBS". FACSys SBS is offered with a 60 day FREE remote installation and support for all North American users.

FACSys LITE was created for the smaller customer who requires up to 10 users and 2 channels. Smaller customers traditionally avoided fax server deployment within their organizations for fear that the technology was too complex to install and operate with success and added ease. FACSys LITE also comes with 60 day FREE remote installation and support for all North American customers.
